Y'all are SO CUTE!

Looking forward to reading the P-Posts. I was too busy trying to get three consecutive hours of sleep to nominate someone, unfortunately.

A Perfect Post Award? Finally! Now, if you please, I'd like the judges to review all the rest of my posts and award each of them in turn as well. Thanks in advance!

Oh my. I have to say even Punky has a look on her face like " You have got to be kidding me."

I think you all look adorable.

HEY! My daughter has that dress and the matching doll and dress. (umm along with a few others) However, I don't dress her brother and I up matchy matchy with her and the doll.

Sometimes, I do dress the whole fam in coordinating colors, like for pics, or a trip to the zoo.

That is all. Carry on.

Haha, you guys all look adorable! The matching is kinda cute, I have to say. Good for you makin' your mom happy :)

Aw, you guys are so cute. Your smile in that pic however is just priceless!

It's not that matchy.

I envisioned the worst.

So. very. matchy. I'm not showing this to my younger daughter, who would be all over this concept.

Suburban Turmoil said...

It was matchy enough that everyone at my dad's office commented on it. You can imagine how that went over with me.

Well my daughter (4 years old) was looking over my shoulder while I was reading this post and she was very impressed. She said "I like there clothes, oh look they all match and the dolly too" And I must admit you all do look pretty adorable and that was really sweat that you did that for your mom.

It is cute...if a bit much. Have we ever seen a picture of Bruiser without his mouth open - he always seems to be laughing!

At first I was like "Wow! They look really adorable." I think it makes for a really nice picture... the matchiness that is.

But then I thought about waltzing around town being all matchy, and I think I see your point.

Hmmm...I wonder if I can get all three of my dogs matching outfits as well. Although the Rottie would undoubtedly eat my children if I put a pair of Thomas undies on him.

Great photo!

Don't think I am weird or anything but I just can't get over how pretty you are! And you all look adorable with your matchy, matchy outfits going on. I don't think it looks bad at all!

Becky said...

Oh, wow, I don't think I really comprehended the level of "matchy" before I saw that pic.

WOW

Aw, Lindsay, you're too kind. When do I get on the bandwagon to nominate someone? I need to set this up as an email reminder because it's getting lost somewhere between baseball, drums and Publix.

Again thanks, and see you in SF!

Ohhh, you're just coordinated. I was imagining much, MUCH worse!

Years ago, when my daughter was 2, we had a doll made for her called MY Twin. I don't know if this is still made. The doll did not look anything like her, but instead looked like on of those Americal Girl dolls, except much more expensive. It came with an outfit to match for my daughter, which she thought was great and had to wear it everywhere.
As far as the matchie goes, this is as far as we went except for pictures when the kids are all color coordinated or all in white.
I can't go into public if I am remotely dressed like HUBS. If I pick out my clothes before we go out and find out he is wearing the same colors, I will go change. :)

This picture is soo adorable. My little boy loves making those faces when pictures are taken too.

Rachael said...

My favorite part of the matchy is your facial expression.

Also, what is with the perfect posts this week? I am all mushy and teary now! They were good though.

The Tiny Kingdom was indeed a gas. Nice pick.

I think the Punky/Doll dress is very pretty! I wouldn't have been able to resist buying it in duplicate.

Don't look now, but Punky's hair matches yours :)

oh, hell, you gorgeous family you. And BRUISER! is so freaking adorable in his toddler bruiserness that i think i'm going to have to unpeel my own wee bruiser from his swaddle just to get a fix of chubby leg.

Suburban Turmoil said...

You are all too kind. Really. I actually think it's kind of cute for the little ones to coordinate occasionally. But throw me in there and all hell breaks loose.

kittenpie said...

Ah, it's not as bad as I had imagined - at least the patterns are different (doll aside).

Homemom3 said...

oh this is such a cute picture of you and the kids. :) Perfect for the perfect post. Love her little doll dress.
